About Dr. Mark Fleming
Dr. Mark Fleming is a third generation chiropractor and has been in practice for over thirty years.He is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, having received his chiropractic degree in 1980.
Shortly after graduation, Dr. Fleming joined Dr.G.J. Worstell in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fleming and Dr. Worstell practiced together on South Clay Street until 1984. At that time Dr. Fleming moved his practice to its current location on South Main Street.
Post Graduate Work
Dr. Fleming has completed over 200 hours of post graduate studies in chiropractic orthopedics through the Logan College of Chiropractic.
He has received certification in lower back studies from the Southeast Back Institute through Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia.
Dr. Fleming is also certified in Acupoint Physical Medicine, a form of painless electroacupuncture, through the New York Chiropractic College.
Expert Witness Testimony
Dr.Fleming has been called upon numerous times to testify in depositions and in the courtroom as an expert witness on behalf of his patients who have been involved in auto accidents or other personal injury cases.
He completed additional studies in whiplash injury diagnosis and treatment through Life Chiropractic West Chiropractic College, and received 100 hour certification in Independent Medical Examination throughTexas Chiropractic College.
Work Related Injuries
Dr. Fleming serves as the company chiropractor on the Workers Compensation Panel for many local businesses and industries. His goal is to get the injured worker out of pain and back to his or her to normal work routine as quickly as possible.
Dr. Fleming was the host of the popular local radio show, Talking About Health and Chiropractic, on Butler radio station WISR during the 1990's.
Dr. Fleming is married and has five children. His wife, Robin, owns and operates Room To Grow Toy Store in Zelienople.
